IGNORE FALSE REPORTAGE ON KADE POLLING STATION ELECTION - JEFF KUNADU
The Eastern Regional secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mr Jeff Kunadu has cleared the air about an unpleasant brouhaha which is circulating on social media about Kade Constituency polling station election tagging it as bloody. He has debunked that, nothing like a gun battle, shooting, threat to kill and other uncalled act arouse as purported but few misunderstanding.
Mr Kunadu in a press briefing at the Constituency party office on Thursday 24th Feb, 2022 revealed that, upon hearing the situation by the regional executives, the chairman Hon Kingston Akomin Kisi instructed him to call for calm in the Constituency.
Meanwhile, one Prince Sheriff has filed and ex-party motion against the Constituency chairman and the acting secretary of the party for denying him from buying a form. With this, the Kade Constituency council of elders of the NPP together with the regional secretary made several attempt to invite the aggrieved party members to settle the matter but was over turned.
He noted that, the Constituency chairman together with his committee have worked perfectly and has done due diligence in their filled of work. "Party members should avoid being instigated by others to sully the good image of their party" he added.
The Eastern Regional secretary for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mr Jeff Kunadu advised all party faithfuls and sympathizers to trust the process devoid violence.
